It's never an easy day when your ex-fiance gets arrested for fleeing the scene of a fatal auto crash that he may have caused, but Whitney Bischoff has brushed that aside and officially responded to Chris Soules' arrest. He is accused of not immediately stopping his vehicle at the scene and failing to return and remain at the scene of the crash, according to a police report. He is now free on a $10,000 bond and was uninjured in the accident. Chris' next court date was scheduled on May 2.

After making the 911 call, Soules allegedly left before law enforcement arrived. He told the dispatcher that he didn't know CPR, and he could be heard asking others who were there if they did. Soules then asks those at the crash site to help before the operator offers to talk him through it. The dispatcher responds Soules was the "RP" - the reporting party - the person who placed the call.
