Video shows bounty hunters approach man before shootout

Two bounty hunters, along with the fugitive they had found, died during a shootout Tuesday at a Greenville, Texas, auto dealership, the Dallas Morning News reported.

The Greenville Police Department reported Gabriel Bernal, 33, and Fidel Garcia, 54, with F.N.G.

Peters said Hutchinson had been sought since March when he failed to appear for court in Hennepin County, which includes Minneapolis.

Garcia and Bernal had drawn their weapons and Hutchinson responded by pulling his own pistol, which he dropped, according to a statement from the city spokeswoman.

When Hutchinson arrived at the dealership, a scuffle started as Bernal and Garcia tried to apprehend him, KTVT reports.

But police say they were actually bounty hunters who had a tip that a Minnesota fugitive would be at the dealership that day.

The men waited for over two hours before Hutchinson appeared with the woman around 7:00 in the evening. It was a little scary because they told me there was a major warrant for his arrest and they wanted him really, really bad, ' the woman said.

Hutchinson pulled out a gun and bullets began to fly across the crowded dealership, smashing out plate glass windows.

When police got there, they found three men fatally shot. She didn't see the men who were shooting, Cano said.

Rick Ford, the owner of the dealership, told FOX 4 the bounty hunters came into the showroom and identified themselves as federal agents. Peters says Garcia told him to put a tracking device on Hutchinson's girlfriend's auto.
