France's Marine Le Pen Target Of Fraud Investigation
In the French criminal justice system, a " formal investigation " is the step before filing charges. Ms Le Pen ran for President in France's May election, on an anti-immigration, anti-EU platform.

The second vessel is also reported to have been damaged in the crash, but neither are thought to be taking on water and there was no pollution.

Both vessels - an oil tanker carrying almost 38,000 tons of petrol and a bulk carrier - were damaged in the collision just after 2am.

None of the 49 crew from both ships - registered from Hong Kong with Indian and Chinese crews - were injured and all hands were accounted for.

Evinger is a current champion in the all-female fight promotion Invicta FC, but this matchup figures to be a daunting challenge. The fight is for the title that Germaine de Randamie was stripped of after she refused to defend her title against Justino.

The local Maritime Prefecture said the collision between the two Honk Kong-flagged vessels took place overnight 20 miles (32 kilometers) off the northern French port of Dunkirk, in the British zone of the strait between the English Channel and the North Sea, one of the world's busiest sea routes. The bulk carrier "Huayang Endeavour" is in ballast and has 22 people on board.

The Huayang Endeavour was en route to Lagos, Nigeria.

But British authorities in Dover have sent two patrol boats and two helicopters to the area.
