The 29-year-old had her life support switched off one day after the joint funeral for her sister Annabelle, 21, and parents Lars, 69, and Vivian, 60, according to The Daily Telegraph. Annabelle, 21, died three days later in the hospital.

Jessica, 28, had been in a critical condition at St George Hospital, New South Wales, after she was badly injured in the same horror smash on Princes Highway.

Jessica had been fighting for life after being involved in the same horrific vehicle crash on Boxing Day that killed her family.

"Rest in peace, lovely Jessica Falkholt", the official account of the series posted in tribute on Twitter.
