Leslie Jones Set to Host 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea

Leslie Jones is joining NBC to cover the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea. Much like she did in Rio, she'll attend multiple events and meet and greets with athletes, and obviously, provide plenty of hilarious, boisterous commentary along the way.

Prior to NBC's announcement, Leslie revealed via her Twitter account that she's already eagerly looking forward to the Winter Olympics.

At the start of the 2016 Rio Olympics, Jones tweeted a video of herself in the American flag and wearing plastic gold medals, cheering for Team USA and displaying her love for the Olympics.

Jones posted a photo on Twitter of her dressed in red, white and blue gear while working out on an exercise machine with the caption, "Guess What Time It is Y'all!"

After being made aware of her tweets by "Late Night with Seth Meyers" producer Mike Shoemaker, Bell invited Jones to join the fun in Rio de Janerio.

NBC's coverage of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics begins February 8, with the games kicking off on February 9.
