Facebook's CEO Mark Zuckerberg is set to testify to Congress this week to answer questions surrounding the scandal and how the company handles privacy and user data. On the other, Zuckerberg has repeatedly said he's sorry for offenses against his users' privacy because his business model contradicts his self-righteous public posture.
